VolkerFitzpatrick’s Cowley Road Operational Hub project in Cambridge has won the Project of the Year- East, National Project Excellence Awards 2025 (NPEA), hosted on the 18th of September at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool.
Delivered for Cambridge City Council, this £9m project is creating a modern base for essential services including fleet vehicle parking, street cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance.
The National Project Excellence Awards, organised by the Procure Partnerships Framework, are a celebration of the very best in the industry, the vital projects they deliver and the incredible impacts they have on communities across the UK.
This is the 3rd NPEA, the biggest yet, with over 400 attendees!
We are incredibly proud that the Cowley Road Operational Hub has been recognised with this prestigious award.
