  • Grade A offices (44,000 ft2) have raised access floors, suspended ceilings and reception area
  • Full M&E including air conditioning
  • Demolition of all structures, including under-pavement vaults behind four interlinked terraces
  • Temporary support works included underpinning and RMD box frames to support the façade and party walls
  • Steel frame and concrete superstructure sit on extensively underpinned and piled foundations
  • Construction of new underground reinforced concrete HV switch room and electrical transformer chamber
  • Required the partial closure of a busy road in the heart of London
  • Collaboration with Westminster County Council, Transport for London and local neighbours reduced disruption and inconvenience
