VolkerFitzpatrick constructed the new BREEAM excellent rated National Maritime Systems Centre in Hampshire on behalf of our long-standing client, QinetiQ. This world-leading testing facility consolidates QinetiQ and Solent’s position within the science and engineering sector. The contemporary open plan space provides a modern working environment with views over Portsdown Harbour and Winchesters’ rolling hills.
The building design integrates highly engineered areas, demanding telecommunication routes and storage facilities, with commercial office space and VIP areas.
