VolkerFitzpatrick Managing Director
James joined VolkerFitzpatrick in November 2022 as managing director. James has a major projects background and is experienced in both Public and Private sector work spanning the UK. With over 30 years of industry experience, James has held a variety of business leadership positions, with particular experience in Defence, Aviation, Custodial, Health, Science, Education, Residential and Commercial sector work.
Commercial Director
After joining the business back in July 2004 as a senior surveyor, David has steadily progressed through the ranks, working across all three of VolkerFitzpatrick's divisions. This extensive experience has given him an in-depth understanding of how the business operates.
Finance Director
Jo has been with VolkerWessels UK for 13 years, during which time she has accumulated a wealth of experience of our business and the wider construction and civil engineering industry. Jo was promoted to Finance Director for VolkerFitzpatrick in 2023 - and has represented VolkerWessels UK at various Build UK industry working groups over the years.
Managing Director - Strategic Projects
Chris joined VolkerFitzpatrick in 2013 as managing director for our rail division and moved to become managing director for the civil engineering division in May 2014. A chartered civil engineer with a diploma in business management, Chris has 30 years' experience working on design and construction projects including HS2's C1 section and Luton DART project.
Managing Director - Building
Stuart joined VolkerFitzpatrick as managing director of our building division in early 2017, bringing with him 30 years of experience within the construction industry. His experience is varied including the refurbishment of listed buildings, high profile office schemes, new build education and technical space.
