  • Included five radiation-resistant RC “bunkers”
  • The “bunkers” would house state-of-the-art cancer treatment testing equipment
  • Project was delivered on live, operational site
  • We provided early access for Elekta’s directly employed specialist installers
  • A major re-design was needed in week 10 due to client requirements
  • We avoided a potential 16-week delay by re-sequencing the programme
  • We handed the building over as originally planned so no loss of revenue for Elekta
