VolkerFitzpatrick was awarded two merit awards for their WAML star and Temple Mills Depot projects. Merit prizes were also awarded to VolkerLaser for their Ashton Avenue Swing Bridge - Structural Refurbishment works and to VolkerHighways for their work with London Borough of Camden.

VolkerRail was awarded their fourth consecutive distinction in recognition of their commitment to keeping their workers and workplaces healthy and safe during the 2016 calendar year. VolkerRail is one of the first companies to receive a fourth consecutive Distinction Award from the British Safety Council.
