Richard Offord
Position: Managing Director
Richard joined VolkerFitzpatrick in March 1990, progressing steadily through the ranks from an engineer to his current position as managing director. Richard is a chartered engineer with over 24 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.

Jonathan Suckling
Position: Commercial DirectorJonathan joined in 1997 as a quantity surveyor and has progressed through the business to his current position as commercial director. With 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor, and previously worked for the civils and building divisions of Taylor Woodrow.

Des Steadman
Position: Managing Director - Civils
Des joined VolkerFitzpatrick in 2009 as pre-construction director, and in 2011 was appointed to his current position as managing director of the civils division. Des has more than 25 years of civil engineering experience. Prior to joining VolkerFitzpatrick he worked for Birse where he gained strong commercial and performance management skills, and a hands-on approach to project management.
