VolkerFitzpatrick also co-ordinated the client's ICT requirements, providing early access to their ICT contractor and worked closely with the client and architect to develop practical design details from the initial visual concepts. We did this through extensive consultation, providing samples, options, room mock-ups and visits to manufacturers. Our specialist sub-contractors also provided valuable advice through their early involvement.
VolkerFitzpatrick also successfully co-ordinated the numerous envelope components, requiring 28 design meetings involving the four different envelope sub-contractors, the architect and our project manager.
