Phase 3 starts for Goodman at Hoddesdon
VolkerFitzpatrick have now started phase 3 at Hoddesdon for repeat client Goodman. The scheme was negotiated and is for some 210 000 sqft of warehouse facilities on a design and build basis.
Contracts Manager Andy Stoney said: "The whole project has gone really well and we are delighted to have negotiated this next phase. Goodman are an excellent client and despite the fact that this is the 3rd phase on this project, we will never become complacent and are aware that we need to continue to provide a very high level of customer service in our delivery to make sure we are there for the next opportunity."
