More negotiated work with Segro for Western Building
VolkerFitzpatrick's Western Building Division has recently been awarded their second negotiated project with Segro - a £5.5 million light industrial scheme at Radlett, Hertfordshire.
Regional Director Dave Murphy said: "This is exactly what we are all about at VolkerFitzpatrick - do a good job, provide a good service, develop good relationships and get repeat business, ideally on a negotiated basis. Segro are an excellent client and one that we are very proud to have - we fully intend keeping them and doing more business with them."
