Essex Road achieves BREEAM 'Excellent' award
VolkerFitzpatrick have achieved another BREEAM "Excellent" Award, on a new 200,000ft2 distribution unit, for Goodman International on the site of the old Rye House Power Station in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
The building is assessed and rated on a number of areas including energy use, pollution, transport , management and transport.
