Following the construction of the 790,000ft² facility in September 2018, the specialist fit out contract is currently one of the UK’s largest busbar projects and will feed the centre’s state-of-the-art automated mechanical handling equipment.

Plot 520 will be an omnichannel distribution centre, capable of receiving, processing and dispatching goods ordered from retail units in London, the South and South-West.

As part of the specialist fit out, our team is also in the process of installing:

• 60km of sprinkler pipework
• 33km of lighting trunking
• 19km of electrical containment
• 14,000 LED light fittings
