Midlands building start on site at Walsall

Recent

VolkerFitzpatrick's Midlands Building Division have recently started on site on a £12.5 million industrial scheme for Coltham Developments.

This is a new client for VolkerFitzpatrick and is a result of our growing presence in the Midlands. The project was won largely through our civils expertise as the scheme includes a river diversion, mineworking improvements, earthworks and a bridge.
