Overseas Development Challenge 2015

We created the Overseas Development Challenge (ODC), in partnership with global sustainability charity, Raleigh International to help fulfil one of our important values ‘Challenge yourself and others’. The ODC project enables our staff to apply for a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a Raleigh International expedition as a volunteer manager. During their expedition they gain invaluable leadership and managerial experience whilst using their skills to lead a group of younger volunteers to improve communities in some of the world’s poorest countries.

After a series of selection stages with VolkerFitzpatrick and Raleigh International, four colleagues from across the business were chosen to embark on this fantastic journey.’

Here you will find details about the challenge, the volunteers and the countries they will call home for eight weeks this summer. You will be able to follow their progress as their expeditions progress through blogs and videos they complete whilst working in country.
