Community

Our offices and sites work actively to become part of the communities in which they are working. We actively support charities and causes both locally and nationally. Our aim is to add value to our society, inspire others and support colleagues, clients and suppliers in their own efforts to share time, skills and resources in their chosen way.

Integrity

To ensure that all of our employees are open and honest, our business ethically and morally strong and each of us is accountable.

Society

Respect people and their local environment, be responsive to the communities in which we work.

Examples:

VolkerFitzpatrick recognises that how we recruit and purchase services can create opportunities to build thriving communities as well as stronger businesses. We aim to procure our services through local suppliers whilst building local education and training links, particularly where we operate in deprived areas, helping to remove barriers to local employment.

We are committed to engaging our employees in community activities, and aiming to support staff in volunteering with donations of time, finance and expertise where appropriate.
